Brian st. Clair
Ft. Worth brokerage manager
Brian grew up in Irving Texas & then attended The University of Texas at Arlington. He co-founded the locally popular band Look Out in 1986 with friends from High School. Brian’s passion for music kept him busy with the band until 2015 when he retired from playing music professionally. In 2004, while his wife Misty was pregnant with their 1st child, he decided to become “responsible” & embarked on getting his real estate license. Brian obtained his license & joined RE/MAX Las Colinas in Irving, which was led by some lifelong friends. When RE/MAX Las Colinas closed, Brian was looking for a new real estate home closer to his new home base in North Fort Worth. He joined RE/MAX Heritage, located in the Keller area of North Fort Worth, in October 2010. Brian quickly excelled at the new brokerage. By 2015 when it was time to retire from playing music professionally, he was consistently ranking in the top 5 agents every month with RE/MAX Heritage. In 2018, he became the driving force in the training & management of the brokerage, & also took over full time management of the brokerage’s top selling team, The Nystrom Group. By 2019, the brokerage management decide to go independent as Newstream Realty.
In August 2022, Brian excitedly joined 6th Ave Homes & began the journey to learn to lead the next version of what 6th Ave Homes will become.
