Jamey Ice

Fort Worth native Jamey Ice is a serial entrepreneur, passionate about restoration and helping to make his city a more vibrant and fun place to live. He is the Co-Founder of 6th Ave Homes, a “one stop shop” real estate company for buying, selling, renovation, design, and investing. They were recently named Emerging Small Business of the Year and Overall Small Business of the Year by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He also developed and co-owns The 4Eleven, a 20,000-square-foot mixed use (retail, event space, and restaurant) warehouse on South Main.
In 2019, with his partners at 6th Ave Homes, Jamey established 6th Ave LLC, a family of businesses dedicated to challenging the status quo of how good business is done. The common tenet of these ventures is the idea of “business with soul.” They include 6th Ave Storytelling, 6th Ave Investments, 6th Ave Lending, and 6th Ave Consulting, one stop shops for branding and marketing, property investing, lending, and business consulting, respectively.
Jamey is also a founding member and lead guitar player for country / rock band Green River Ordinance. Their most recent record "Fifteen" debuted at #1 on the Billboard Folk Charts and #6 on the Billboard Country Charts. They have had two Top 40 singles on pop rock radio, five #1 singles on Texas Country Radio, three albums in the Billboard Top 100, songs in over 70 TV shows and films, videos on VH1, MTV, & CMT and have shared the stage with acts like Bon Jovi, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton, Sting, Train, Goo Goo Dolls, Zac Brown Band, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Needtobreathe, Gavin Degraw, and many more.
Jamey and his wife Melissa Ice are founders of BREWED, a coffee shop and restaurant with locations in the Near Southside of Fort Worth, Bishop Arts in Dallas, and DFW airport. Together the Ices founded The NET, a local nonprofit that serves women who have been sexually exploited. Jamey’s wife Melissa is the executive director and runs the organization. The Net recently launched The Worthy Co, a retail line of products made by women coming out of sex trafficking. In 2020, The Worthy Co opened it’s first brick and mortar retail location and production facility on Magnolia Ave.
