Broker & Personality Profiler

I was in mortgage banking for 10+ years. I owned a law firm/title company, real estate brokerage, tax lending company and debt buying company. I sold out of my businesses in 2011 and started trying to listen to and follow God. He started leading me to projects, opportunities and relationships where I could add value in non-profits and small businesses. Since then, I have just been trying to follow God wherever he wants to use me. It has granted me a lot of freedom and has been fun, though sometimes an uncomfortable way to live. I hope to have the faith and resolve to live this way forever. If I get it “wrong” I will have lived a good life and glorified God in the process. The greatest danger I see is the anxiety that comes from the uncertainty about tomorrow. Interestingly, we all have uncertainty about tomorrow. It is just that I previously used long range planning and an arbitrary amount of material assets to counter my anxiety. Though I still plan and have material assets, I no longer place my faith in them to give me peace.

Im excited that one of the businesses I get to work with is 6th Ave! I am honored that Jamey and Jimmy asked me to be a part of their growing tribe and I love helping them figure out how to help their tribe members leverage their strengths to accomplish their goals in life. It is a chance for me to work with the willing, I believe that God is glorified through this work, and I am energized to be a part of it.
